Mindful Movements builds on the foundation of the Body Scan by teaching us that paying attention to the body provides another place from which to view things, a different vantage point to relate to thoughts.
If we can actually be in our bodies then we’ve got a different place from which to stand and look at the thoughts and feelings rather than just in our heads.
