The Path Meditation
The Path is a practice designed to give you more of a felt sense of your Self and Self energy.

In this guided meditation we take a short journey without our parts, asking them to wait at the base of the path.

This practice helps us learn about Self Leadership and creates trust between the Self and protective parts.
Please do not watch or listen to this material whilst driving or operating machinery or where it is not safe for you to close your eyes and fully relax.
