My Role
My role as your therapist is to provide a supportive, empathetic environment where you feel safe to explore any challenges you might be facing.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) as the foundation, supported my Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy, I help you connect with and understand the parts of yourself that may be causing distress, fostering inner peace and self-confidence.

The more actively involved you are and willing to participate during treatment, both in sessions and with the meditations and exercises I offer clients to practice between sessions, the more succesful therapy will be.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS)therapy is at the heart of my practice. As an IFS Level 3 Practitioner, I guide you to connect with the different parts of you inner world, such as those holding anxiety, sadneness, with curiosity and compassion.

By fostering harmony among these parts, IFS helps you heal from within, addressing the root causes of emotional challenges.

This evidence-based approach is highly effective for issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, empowering you to lead from your core self with clarity and confidence.

Whether you are seeing relief from overwhelming emotions or tools to navigate life's challenges, IFS offers a gentle, transformative path to lasting change.

Mindfulness-Based Therapies
Mindfulness-Based Therapies including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), complement my IFS approach.
These evidence-based methods help you stay present, reduce negative thought patterns, and manage symptoms of:
Anxiety
Sleep disturbances
Recurrent depression
Mood disorders
Chronic pain
Stress
MBCT, proven to reduce depression relapse by up to 43%, combines mindfulness techniques to foster emotional resilience. Through guided meditations and mindfulness practices, I help you cultivate awareness and calm, tailored to your needs.

Wheter you are in London or joining online, these tools support your IFS journey, enhancing self-awareness and emotional regulation.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy enhances my IFS and mindfulness-based approaches by offering practical tools to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. Combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with hypnotherapy is highly effective in treating anxiety, phobias, stress, and more, with research showing it outperforms CBT alone.
By addressing the interconnectedness of thoughts, feelings, and actions, I help you break free from negative cycles and build confidence. Tailored to your goals, hypnotherapy promotes relaxation and reinforces positive change, complementing the deeper work of IFS. Available at my Harley Street and SOHO clinics or online, this approach supports your journey to lasting well-being.
