Hypnotic Desensitisation

Hypnotic Desensitisation is a technique that has been used successfully for over 50 years in clinical practice to help clients overcome anxieties such as public speaking, social anxiety and fears and phobias.

They say 'repetition is the mother of all learning' so keep at it and watch your SUD levels decrease every time you practice.

Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy is an advanced branch of Hypnotherapy that moves beyond the traditional approach of direct suggestion for symptom removal. It combines CBT and Hypnotherapy to create highly structured and goal orientated treatment plans and for this reason is one of the shortest forms of psychological therapies with the average number of sessions being between 4-6.
