My Therapy Services
The Canary Wharf Clinic provides a dynamic East London venue for clients in the heart of the financial district to seek help for a variety of issues.

I combine techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, CBT-Hypnoth
erapy & Mindfulness to provide a structured and straightforward approach to therapy, specially tailored for high-pressure professionals facing intense workloads, tight deadlines, and the demands of corporate life.

In this fast-paced enviroment, where stress, burnout, and anxiety from market volativity are common, my sessions empower you to build resilience, reclaim balance, and thrive amid the pressures of finance and business. Whether you are navigating emotional challenges, seeking better focus, or aiming to enhance overall mental well-being, we will work together your inner strength and create lasting positive change.

Me & my Approach

I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 3 Practitioner, Senior-level Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, and Mindfulness Therapist. I am passionate about well-being and run a practice based on kindness, compassion, empathy, and integrity.

Alongside my private practice I support the NSPCC as the Official NSPCC’s Mindfulness Ambassador, providing mindfulness and wellness incentives and resources to their dedicated staff and volunteers.

Offering practical, down-to-earth advice and techniques, I help clients overcome anxiety disorders, depression, habits, and trauma all through the lens of IFS. For Canary Wharf professionals, this means targetted strategies to combat the unique stressors of finance and corporate rolls, reducing cortisol levels, improving mental clarity, boosting productivity, and preventing the cycle of exhaustion that can lead to burnout and reduced performance.
