Your Hypnotherapy Session
In order to create your bespoke sugar hypnosis, we will spend some time discussing the types of sugary foods and drinks you want to eliminate from your diet, the times of day you find yourself reaching for them, and identify any triggers that make you want to eat sugary foods and drinks. We will also discuss the future and how you see yourself free from sugar.
The Hypnotherapy itself will last about 45 minutes and we will arrange a Zoom check-in for a few weeks after the session to see how you are getting on. This approach has been very successful for my clients but it must be noted that positive results cannot be guaranteed as people differently to hypnotherapy.
